1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of 6060labs.com, operated by 6060 Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“6060 Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Products and services operated by 6060 Labs and its companies are governed by their own agreements. Where a product agreement applies, it governs that product, and these terms govern this website.

2. Permitted use

You may view and use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers or its security;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as a search engine indexing the site in the ordinary way;

• use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including text, layout, design, graphics and the 6060 Labs name and marks, are owned by 6060 Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Marks belonging to other organisations are the property of their respective owners.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 6060 Labs harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and 6060 Labs consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and waive any objection to venue there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. We will change the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.

12. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. You may not assign them; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale of assets.
